The NPC works at national and regional level advising on policy and practices needed to create and maintain an effective infrastructure that offers the potential for high productivity; and then works with organisations in all sectors of the economy to realise that potential by helping them identify and implement world-class practice.

At national and regional levels we can assist with awareness and advocacy campaigns, raising the awareness of the importance of structured and systematic approaches to productivity improvement. We can also advise on national and regional productivity infrastructures.

At the organisational level, we believe in the application of a core improvement methodology rather than following the latest management fad. We also believe that improvement should be designed to be sustainable so that gains are ‘locked in’ to the organisation.

We can work with your organisation to tailor and deliver a productivity improvement programme and provide the associated training to ensure that you can continue to improve productivity and competitiveness once our involvement has ended.
