Membership is open to any organisation who wishes to be associated with the core aims of the National Productivity Centre (NPC) which are to:

• Promote ‘productivity’ as a wide-ranging concept which includes economic, environmental and social factors. Thus, ‘productivity’ is based on the simple ratio of outputs to inputs but these may include negative elements associated with harmful effects on the environment or sections of society.
• Promote an approach to productivity improvement which addresses all of these factors
• Promote innovation as the application of structured approaches to creativity and enterprise

• access to a range of information and training resources available through the NPC website
• a regular, online newsletter on productivity issues, tools and techniques
• access to a number of productivity-related events
• summary reports from NPC research projects
• access to 3 free telephone advice/consultancy calls per year
• an inclusive subscription to Management Services, the productivity-related journal of the Institute of Management Services.

The cost of this membership is an annual subscription of £500.
